Great location, close to Momochi Beach, tower, and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood, clean and pretty. Massive room and friendly staff. Helpful restaurant staff and reception. Warm hospitality, like being at home.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-located accommodation. the bus stop is just a short walk away, which can take you to the train station or the subway station where you can connect to the city's key locations. We loved the convenience of the supermarket to the right of the building, which offered fabulous premade food. the breakfast was adequate, and we enjoyed the separate restaurant downstairs that also doubles as an Italian-style option for dinner. the room was clean and comfortable with a nicely equipped bathroom.
The instructions for using the washing machine were challenging to decipher.

Convenient location, clean and spacious rooms, good internet connection. the hotel is well-located, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. the rooms are large and clean, and the internet connection is fast and reliable.
Poor customer service, lack of basic amenities. the staff barely spoke English and was unhelpful with simple requests.

We had a wonderful stay with spacious rooms and a cozy living space. The hotel facilities were great, including a kitchenette with electric stoves, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a washer-and-dryer. The location was perfect with a supermarket nearby and a convenience store attached to the hotel. We easily caught a bus to the train station to connect to other parts of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with a special mention to the friendly restaurant staff who recommended the best food options.

The room size was great and the location was convenient. The kitchen came in handy with basic appliances and there was a washing machine/drier combo in the bathroom.
The furniture was dated and the bed was not comfortable. The room had an overall old smell, and the cleanliness was just adequate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Fukuoka. the value for money was incredible. The room was very spacious, with a sitting room, kitchenette, and bathroom. I especially loved the balcony with its large windows, providing a great view of the surroundings. The hotel also provided all the basic amenities I needed, including a washer with a dryer in the room. It was such a convenience to have this facility available. Moreover, the hotel's location was excellent. It was close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city and visit key locations. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and a supermarket right next door where I could get fabulous premade food. I was truly impressed with this hotel.
